3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and code developed by VR Techinfo remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our intellectual property without written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

  • Approve project milestones in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • Ensure that all materials provided (images, content, data) are owned by you or properly licensed.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the project proposal.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed milestones or delivered work.

  • In case of delayed payments, VR Techinfo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we take all reasonable measures to ensure security, we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party breaches, hacking, or misuse.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of [Rajasthan, India]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Rajasthan].
